Something Special with Flowers

I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted for my bouquet when I first met with Christine and she took the idea and ran with it. She was able to describe to us exactly what the flowers would look like and show us pictures of what she would use. The only stressful part about it was trying to get in touch with her. It took several emails and phone calls to finally confirm our order and take care of the payment. In the end it was worth the beautiful bouquets and boutonnieres!

She was GREAT!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER!!!

The owner seems all cheery and nice, and will do anything, but pulls one over you in the end. She is hard to get a hold of, is only in the store when she needs to be, she was not even there when we returned the podiums she used. The worst part is her invoices and estimates. She was impossible to get estimates from.... when we got the original one, she said that it was going to be 500.... in the end we paid 1500......and when your last estimate comes 3 days before the wedding what are you going to do? She says she'll get it to you and never does. Then when you ask WHY the price hike, she says its labor and delivery.... WHAT??? I don't think so. She also promised she would PERSONALLY be doing the arrangements, and what happens, she sends two of her STUDENTS. So of course they looked NOTHING like what was discussed. She also lost all the "notes" she took from the meetings, and we would have to go over things again and again. She didn't even end up using the right flowers. And what florist does not cut off the pollen tips from the flowers? I got pollen ALL over my dress... She also did not TRIM any of the bouquets (including the bridal bouquet), we had to do it all ourselves. This woman should go out of business... GO SOMEWHERE ELSE
