The flexibility of this place is the only good thing about it. My wedding was on a Sunday and they were one of the two places that were open on a Sunday. Now, if you get Val as your hairdresser you are lucky. She was the only person willing to work with me and do a trial run before my wedding, she actually did a decent job with my hair as well. However, she made my wedding day a living hell. She didn't show up to do my hair and left a newby to do my hair. She messed up my hair so bad that my maid of honor had to take my hair out and redo it 5 minutes before my wedding. If my maid of honor can do better than a professional hair dresser then there is something wrong. They lady who did my hair also complained about what a terrible bride and how stuck up I was. I just wanted MY hair dresser to be there to do MY hair on MY wedding day. I don't think I was being stuck up. She took 3 hours to do a hair style that was only supposed to take 1 hour. I was late to my own wedding because of her. It was the worst hair experience ever. I think on your wedding day the last thing you should be worrying about is your hair. She made getting ready for my wedding a horrible experience. I will never return to another Regis hair salon.
